Dining at Raya feels like dining on a cruise ship as it sits right on the cliffs and all you see is ocean out the window with mouth dropping views of the world famous surfing beach, Salt Creek, whales, dolphins, herons and more in such a spectacular setting. There is a unique artistry that goes into the food and the delicately crafted portions are plentiful.
